Leaders are a very important part of Scouting.

This year the cub section celebrates its Centenary.

We are very lucky in Spelthorne to have a dedicated team of leaders in our packs.

We always have room for more…it could be you!

Recently the Cubs Centenary was recognised and discussed at Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs) in The Houses of Parliament:

Leaders not only give up a couple of hours to run pack nights, they are always busy thinking of new ideas and responding to emails.

Leaders also give up their time to take cubs to camp – here are a few photos of the team at our recent camping trip to PGL Hindead.

What keeps leaders going? Hathi arriving with a cup of tea and a biscuit!
