The first Spelthorne District Scouts Master at Arms competition was held on Saturday 27th February, 2016.
The competition comprised of both archery and rifle shooting.
The event was well attended with most of the troops in the district entering teams – each comprising of four scouts.
The archery took place at 6th Staines HQ and each team had 10 arrows counting, whilst the rifle shooting took place at 1st Staines HQ, again, with 10 shots counting.
Many thanks go to the Scouts District team for organising the event and especially to Lenny Cooper-Jones for controlling the archery and Barry Bartleman for managing the rifle shooting.
Competition winners will be announced soon!
